Abstract
This study aims to analyze competence and motivation on the performance of employees of the UPT Agricultural Training Training Center in Riau Province. And to find out how much influence from competence and motivation on the performance of employees at the UPT Provincial Agricultural Extension Training Center Riau. The results of the study show that there are positive influences and significant between competency and motivation together on performance employee. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis it is known that the relationship of competence and motivation to employee performance is low.
