Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the reward and agen performance and to determine the effect of reward on the agent performance of PT. Prudential Life Assurance in Pekanbaru. The sample technique used is random sampling with a sample of 81 people. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results that reward and agent performance have a strong relationship, then the result of this study indicate that rewards has a significant positive effect on the agent performance of PT. Prudential Life Assurance in Pekanbaru with a coefficient of determination R2 of 43% and the rest is influenced by other factors which are not discussed further in this study.
