Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze whether the workload and communication partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the production division of PT. For Dodos Pelalawan. The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. For Dodos Pelalawan, the sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample based on the considerations and objectives of the researcher, amounting to 73 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that workload and communication partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the production division of PT.
