Abstract
this study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health at PT. Vadhana International at duri. the population in this study were employees of PT. Vadhana International as many as 966 employees. while the sample is as many as 47 people who represent the population. sampling using purposive sampling method. types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires and interviews. the data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression test, t test and determination (R2). the results of this study indicate that occupational safety and health (K3) has a positive effect on employee performance at PT.Vadhana International at duri. the level of realtionship between the two variables in the catagory is very strong, which means that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good.
