Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Pristama Pekanbaru branch. The sample of this study amounted to 55 respondents with a simple random sampling method. Method Data analysis was carried out descriptively and quantitatively with a simple linear regression analysis tool. The results showed that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Pekanbaru Branch.
