Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze work conflicts and employee performance at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Stock Point Rumbai Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study were 30 respondents, sampling using the Purposive Sampling technique with a sample of 28 respondents. The analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis with research data obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the Work Conflict variable at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Stock Point Rumbai Pekanbaru Branch is in the assessment criteria in either category with the total score obtained 1,158, and in the recapitulation of Employee Performance at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Stock Point Rumbai Pekanbaru Branch that the assessment criteria are in good category with the total score obtained is 1,165. The research results show that work conflict is controlled and it is hoped that employees can work in teams or in groups and that work conflicts are effective and efficient without reducing the optimal performance of the employees themselves and it can be seen from the answers of respondents at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Stock Point Rumbai Pekanbaru Branch.
