Abstract
This research was conducted in Indonesia which aims to find out howmuch influence Inflation and Interest Rates have on the amount of moneycirculating in Indonesia in 2003-2017. In this study the authors used descriptiveand quantitative analysis with semi-logistic multiple linear regression methods, and data processing used using the EVIEWS 9 program. The main data sourcesused were the money supply, inflation, and interest rates in Indonesia from 2003-2017 . The results showed that the R2 value was 0.502049. This means that50.20% of the independent variables (inflation and interest rates) have beenrepresented to explain the non-free variables (money supply). While theremaining 49.80% is explained by other variables outside the model.Furthermore, seen from the coefficient value of the independent variable and theT test (Partial), it can be seen that the inflation variable (X1) does not affect themoney supply in Indonesia from 2003-2017, while the interest rate (X2) has asignificant effect on the money supply in Indonesia in 2003-2017. While based onthe F (Simultaneous) test both of these independent variables simultaneously havea significant influence on the money supply in Indonesia from 2003-2017.
