Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an interdependence between investment decisions, dividend decisions, and capital structure decisions in LQ45 Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2019 period using financial ratios. The variables used consist of investment, dividends, and capital structure. The sampling method is purposive sampling method. The samples in the study were 7 LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data analysis method used is the Classical Assumption Test, Two Stages Least Square, and the t test. The results showed that there was a significant negative effect between investment decisions and dividend decisions. Meanwhile, between dividend decisions and capital structure decisions between capital structure decisions and investment decisions do not influence each other.
