Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama, Koto Gasib Subdistrict, Siak Regency. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, used a sample of 43 respondents administrative employees of PT. Kimia Tirta Utama. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature studies and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique uses the instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple regression with hypothesis testing, namely F test (simultaneous) and T test (partial). The results of the study show that leadership style and motivation simultaneously influence and significantly affect the performance of employees at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama, Koto Gasib Subdistrict, Siak Regency. Partially, the leadership style variable on employee performance has a significant influence, then for the motivation variable on employee performance a significant influence is obtained. The variable that has strong influence on employee performance is leadership style.
