Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Head in Foster Village Consultative Body in District Kuantan Hilir Regency Kuantan Singingi. Indicator ratings Village Consultative Body builder used include the provision of guidelines. Provision of guidance, provision of training, guidance and supervision. This type of research is located at the office of Head of Downstream Kuantan This is a descriptive survey, which prioritize the list kuinsioner as a means of data collection and data collected by the tool used as raw material for the empirical conditions in the objectivity of interest of researchers at the locations studied. There are two groups of the population and sample in this research is the Government of the District 4 (four) people, the village government amounted to 22 (twenty-two). Two sampling technique used in determining the individual samples is a technique for government population census districts and area sampling techniques for organizing body populsi village groups. . Types and data collection techniques used consist of primary data collected by using a list of questionnaires and interviews and secondary data obtained through documentation study. Based on this analysis technique the authors assess and conclude that the role of Head in Foster Village Consultative Body in District Kuantan Hilir Regency Kuantan Singingi are at intervals of less accomplished votes. Recommendations to consider, especially sub-district should be more active in providing training and guidance to the Village Consultative Body and village heads in the district of Kuantan Hilir so that what is expected of society can be achieved.
