Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the contribution of eye and hand coordination of smash result in badminton sport student semester 4g penjaskesrek Islamic University of Riau. The research method is correlation method. The population of this study is all students semester 4g penjaskesrek islamic university of riau with the number of 36 people. Sample search was done purfosively sampling by setting sample 11 people. The tests used in this study were tennis ball drop test and smash badminton test, then collected data were analyzed using productive statistic determine. The results of this study indicate that there is an eye and hand relationship tp the smash result of r count 0.476 < 0.553 r table at a significant level of 5%. This it can be concudent the result of this research that is the contribution of eye and hand coordination to smash blow on the 4g semester student penjaskesrek Islamic University of Riau is very weak big spirit 22.65%.
