Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on turnover intention at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Main Branch Of Pekanbaru. This study uses the Probability Sampling technique with the census method, with a population of 50 respondents so that the sample is used as many as 50 respondents. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial) and determination test (R2). The results of the study based on simultaneous testing show that compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Main Branch Of Pekanbaru Meanwhile, partial testing shows that the compensation variable has no significant effect on turnover intention and the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Main Branch Of Pekanbaru. The relationship between the dependent and independent variables is in the strong category.
