Abstract

This study aims to Evaluate the regional regulation of Siak Regency Number 08 Year 2011 About Guidelines for Determination of Lecence Nuisance (Studi on Foods Stall and drinks). Evaluation indicator in the evaluation are indicator of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness, sustainability. The type of research used in thus study is descriptive survey, which prioritizes the list of questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with the questionnaire is then used us the main raw material toanalyze the empirical condition of objectivity, the existence of research objectives at the location in the meticulous that is inkecamatan lubuk dalam in siak district, there are samples consisting of subdistrict official and community of food anf beverage salls. information collection techniques used consisted of primary data collected with questionares an interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques, while the data analysis techniques used is to use table frequency. That based on the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded the researcher about evaluation of regional Regulation of Regency of Siak Number 08 year 2011 About Guidance to Determine Distrubance Permit in Lubuk Dalam sub District in Siak Regency (studi on foods and drinks beverage stalls) that is “good Enough”, while the barrier found by researcher is the absence of supporting cost to socialize taking care of permit disturbance, so that there are still people who have not taken care of the permit disturbance.
