Abstract

This development research aimed to produce learning media in the form of monopoly games, describing the validity and practicality of the media as a VII grade biology learning media on the subject matter of life organization. The type of this research is a development research using the ADDIE development model. It is Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The development research only from Analysis phase to development. Data collection techniques use validation sheet and practicality sheet for monopoly game media. The result of this research is a monopoly game media who got validity test from media expert 87,3% (valid), material expert 86,7% (valid), and learning expert 84,3% (valid) and practicality test by student in junior high school Mandauin Duri Kec. Mandau Kab. Bengkalis 87,6% (practical). From the results of validity test and practicality test can be concluded that biology learning media as monopoly game product in the material of life organization for students of VII grade in junior high schoolhave valid criteria and practical.
