Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the coordination function of the environmental Service in waste management in Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency, the assessment indicators used include Communication, Awareness of the importance of coordination, Competence of participants, Agreements, commitments,and coordination incentives and continuity of research type planning located in the District Bangkinang This city is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes as a data and data collection tool collected with this tool and is then used as the main raw material to analyze empirical conditions from the objectivity of the existence of research objectives in a careful location. There is one population group and the sample in this study is the employeesof the Environment Department 55 people as samples using census techniques, namely the population is sampled. Types and data collection techniques used consist of primary data collected with observation, questionnaire,interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is using two approaches namely quantitative techniques and qualitative techniques. After the data has been collected, the data is then grouped and the data is shared with the information that supports the explanation of the research results, and then analyzes the descriptive, so that the conclusions can be drawn.
