Abstract

This research was conducted in Lala river district of Indragiri Hulu district. The purpose of this study is to Analyze the Implementation of Village Assistance Program (PD) in Conducting Village Assistant in Lala district of Indragiri Hulu district. This research is also useful as providing critiques and suggestions for village counselors and can also be used for further research. The type of research located in the office of the sub-district head of the lala district of Indragiri upstream regency is a descriptive survey that prioritizes the questionnaire as a means of collecting data and data that is gathered with this tool and then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical condition of the objectivity of the existence of the research objectives at the meticulous location. There are three groups of population and the sample in this research is the employee of head of sub-district office amount to 4 people, 3 people companion village, village head and village secretary ebanyak 24 people. In the sampling technique used in assigning individual samples is a census technique for all populations. The types and techniques of data collection used are from primary data collected using questionnaire and interview techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While technical data analysis yan used is to use the tool table frequency.While the theory that the author uses is the theory of Van Meter and Van orn about the implementation of the public with research indicators is the goal or target of activities or activities, and the results of activities. After analyzing from kesuluruhan of each foreign indicator then the conclusion is the category of appraisal is enough terpendan respondents companion des clerk office staff, village head, and village secretary.
