Abstract

This research aims to see how the implementation of musrenbang in the village of brilliant sub-district batang ttuaka regency indragiri downstream whether it has been achieved and performed well. thus the purpose of the research to be achieved is to know and evaluate the implementation and factors inhibiting musrenbang village in the village gemilang jaya batang tuaka district downstream indragiri district. indicators in this study are Effectiveness, Efficiency, adequacy, equity of responsiveness, and accuracy. This research is a qualitative researcher that refers to the problem formulation that the data and information collected and obtained from various surveys and obserpation conducted in the field with the basis of research to describe and describe the research. The data collection was collected through interviews with village heads, village consultative bodies, community empowerment heads, village heads, RT heads, RW heads, village counselors, youth leaders, religious leaders and the community. With the data collection by observation and direct interaction in expecting the implementation Evaluation of musyawarah Village development plan can provide benefits and value for the victorious villagers. Whereas from the results of the research that has been done can be concluded about the evaluation of the organizer of the village development plan in the village of gemilaang jaya.'belum maximal 'while the things that affect the success in musrenbang is the communication of the village to the village stecholder has not been maximized and conduct a review in the musrenbang technical understanding.
