Abstract

Based on data obtained from the Agency Technical Implementation Unit (UPTB) Fire Kampar has happened frequency of fires is high in a period of one year. This is certainly nothing to do with the organization to accomplish this task, the Agency Technical Implementation Unit (UPTB) Fire Kampar. The functions of the Agency Technical Implementation Unit (UPTB) Kampar Fire Department according to article 70 of the Kampar regent regulation number 52 of 2012 was a fire disaster management program implementation and as coordination with related elements in the implementation of fire prevention. But in this case the function of this unit program looks still experiencing problems that can be seen from a lack of some of the problems that appear in the fire disaster management. The purpose of this research is to determine the function of the implementation of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in the Kampar District Technical Implementation Unit of (UPTB) Fire in the Fire and Disaster Management to determine the obstacles facing the implementation of the Regional Disaster Management Agency District. This research type is quantitative descriptive research type. The location of this research will be done at the office writer Technical Implementation Unit of (UPTB) Fire. The population in this study is overall an employee at the office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency and UPTB Kampar Kampar regency. The research data was obtained by coating the questionnaire and then disseminate the views collected and analyzed according the problem. Based on the results of the study showed that the majority of indicators questions about the evaluation results of the implementation of the functions of the Regional Disaster Management Agency Kampar Fire Disaster In still yet to be done categorized or less done well.
