Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of Evaluation of Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2006 on Water Resources and Wells of Resapan (Sukajadi Town Study of Pekanbaru City) The assessment indicators used include Input, Process, Output, and Outcomes.This research type located in Sukajadi Subdistrict is research The number of data is derived from the results of questionnaires about the Evaluation of Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2006 on Water Resources and Wells of Resapan (SukajadiTown of Pekanbaru Town Study) .The population in this research is the owner of the building that has absorption wells as many as 11 people, has 40 absorption wells, and 4 employees of the Public Works Department and Spatial Planning of Pekanbaru City as informant interview The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique The data of this research comes from primary data obtained through questionnaire to sample Then research secondary data in the form of profiles, organizational structure, main tasks and functions of Public Works and Spatial Planning Pekanbaru. In the data analysis presented in the form of tables and posts, which will be analyzed using descriptive or description method. The data obtained comes from interview answers and answers to questionnaires. Based on the results of the research note that: 1) Input owned by PUPR Service Pekanbaru City reviewed from human resources (HR) is in accordance with their respective functional areas. However, the PUPR Service of Pekanbaru City has not been optimally coordinated with various government related parties and absorption wells 2) The process undertaken by the Office of PUPR Pekanbaru has not been optimal in socializing and implementing Perda Kota Pekanbaru Number 10 Year 2006 About Water Resources and Wells Resapan, because socialization is only given to the developer association 3) Output includes the role undertaken by the Office of PUPR Pekanbaru City to increase the number of absorption wells, that is through the socialization of Perda Pekanbaru City Number 10 Year 2006 About Water Resources and Sumur Resapan to the developer association, and can increase the number of wells recharge although not significant 4) Outcomes perceived PUPR Service Pekanbaru City is an increase in the number of absorption wells, but not optimal or in accordance with the expected
