Abstract
This study aims is to know and analyze the impact of organization commitment to the nurse performance at RSUD Petala Bumi Pekanbaru. The population of this study are the nurse as civil employee at RSUD Petala Bumi Pekanbaru for about 45 peoples. Because of the limitation of the population, so the sample of the study were determining by cencus method, and so there are 45 nurse as the sample. To anlise data is using simple linear regression. Based on the research organization commitment at RSUD Petala Bumi has a good category. According to the amount of epsilon value performance are determining by other variabel at 0,544 or 54,40% i.e. communication, emotional quotien and organization culture etc..
