Abstract

Rehabilitation measures are aimed at victims of narcotics abuse restore or develop the sufferer's physical, mental and social abilities concerned. Apart from recovering, rehabilitation is also a treatment or treatment for narcotics addicts, so that addicts can recover from his addiction to narcotics.
