Abstract
The era of the 21st century is not the same as the previous century, especially with regard to technology that is so up-to-date, because of this latest technology various kinds of information can easily and quickly be reached that do not know place and time. Various 21st century skills are needed so as not to be left behind by the rapid development of technology and knowledge. This study aims to identify and describe 21st Century Skills in Class 11 Indonesian Textbooks, published by the Ministry of Education and Culture. researchers used a mixed approach between qualitative and quantitative or mixed methods using content analysis methods. The results of the study show that in the Indonesian Language Textbook in Class 11 published by the Ministry of Education and Culture for Class XI SMA/SMK students. This textbook entitled "Intelligent Indonesian Language and Literature for Class XI SMA/SMK" contains 21st century skills, namely creative thinking skills, critical thinking and problem solving, communication, and collaborate (, which are scattered in every learning activity. The total number of 21st century skill content amounts to 148 content with the most numerous skills namely collaboration skills with a total of 53 content (35.8%). This shows that the textbook provides a large area for students to develop critical, creative and innovative, collaborative and communicative thinking skills. It is hoped that these skills will help students navigate the future.
