Abstract

Based on the results of observations in the field, it is known that there are problems related to the performance of the Waste Management Sector of the Pekanbaru City Environment and Hygiene Service (DLHK), namely the slow process of removing rubbish at the Kodim Market, the slow process of cleaning up rubbish at the Kodim Market, the congested condition of the Kodim Market due to accumulation. rubbish on the side of the road. Visitors to the Kodim Market are uncomfortable because of the unpleasant smell from piles of rubbish which are not removed quickly by officers.
