Abstract

The study was conducted based on the researcher's interest in the magnitude of job risks as a member of Police Mobile Brigade which has a number of demands and is prone to cause stress on the job and even cause many internal problems. The many demands of the work require members of Brimob to further increase religiosity such as surrender and draw closer to the one great God in order to minimize the things that are not desirable. Based on these problems, this research is done by using quantitative research method that uses likert scale as a measuring instrument of research data collection. The population in this study is a member of the Riau Police Mobile Brigade, with a sample of 100 members of Brimob members determined by random sampling technique. Based on result of data analysis using correlation analysis technique moment moment with value of correlation coefficient (r) equal to (0,289) with significant (p) equal to (0,003) (p <0,05). So drawn the conclusion of hypothesis in this study accepted, with the sense there is a positive and significant relationship between religiosity with work stress on members of Riau Police Mobile Brigade.
