Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leverage, firm size, fixed asset intensity, operating cash flow and liquidity on fixed asset revaluation policies in state-owned companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method based on certain criteria so that the total sample size was 23 companies. The data used in this study is sourced from secondary data in the form of financial statements from companies that are the research sample. The data analysis method used is logistic regression analysis method using SPSS version 23. The results showed that partially leverage, firm size and operating cash flow had a significant positive effect on the fixed asset revaluation policy. While the operating cash flow variable has no significant positive effect on the fixed asset revaluation policy and liquidity does not have a significant negative effect on the fixed asset revaluation policy. Simultaneously, the variables of leverage, firm size, fixed asset intensity, operating cash flow, and liquidity simultaneously have an influence on the fixed asset revaluation policy.
