Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Quality of Public Services in Licensing Recommendations at the Tapung Hilir District Office, Kampar Regency. Public Service Quality is a form of total service carried out by state officials optimally if they can provide products or services based on suitability in order to meet the needs and expectations of the community. Public Service Quality Indicators: Timeliness of Service, Accuracy of Service, Politeness and Friendliness in Providing Services, Ease of Obtaining Services, Security in Obtaining Services and other Service Support Attributes. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive, with qualitative methods. This research was conducted at the Tapung Hilir District Office, Kampar Regency. Analysis of public services in Tapung Hilir District, Kampar Regency shows that punctuality is a priority, because services are completed within a standard time frame. However, there are delays due to non-compliance with standards. Accuracy is important, and Employees are expected to follow standard operating procedures to avoid errors. Courtesy and friendliness are highly valued, but there are inconsistent reports of friendly service. Information about recommended services is available, but the process is complicated and difficult for the public to understand. It is necessary to improve and provide training for employees, so that in carrying out tasks they can be carried out by their respective departments.
