Abstract

Effect of PMK Soil Media and Banana Ares POC on Acacia (Acacia mangium Willd) Pre-Nursery Nurseries. The research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru City for 4 months starting from February to May 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interaction and the main media of PMK soil and POC of banana ares on pre-nursery nurseries of acacia plants. This study used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor is PMK soil which consists of 4 levels, namely 0, 25, 50, 75 %/PMK soil and the second factor is POC banana ares consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 30, 60, 90 cc/l water/plant so that 16 combinations are obtained. treatment with 3 replications, so there are 48 experimental plots. Each experimental plot consisted of 4 plants and 2 plants were used as a total sample of 192 plants. Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, root wet weight, root dry weight, total plant wet weight, and total plant dry weight. The data were analyzed statistically and followed by BNJ at 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of PMK soil and POC banana ares had a significant effect on the parameters: number of leaves, plant height. root dry weight, total plant wet weight, and plant total dry weight The best combination without PMK soil media and POC banana ares concentration of 90 cc/l water/plant. The main effect of giving PMK soil media was significant on all parameters, the best treatment without PMK soil media. The main effect of POC are real banana ares on all parameters, the best treatment concentration is 90 cc/l water/plant.
