Abstract

Related to process of handling naughty children in Indonesia tend to resolution throught criminal court system including investigation, prosecution.proceeding in the court and judges punishment. Stages of resolution of naughty children throught court often makes children frustation, besides that the stages can make negative impact which can effect to the future of the children. Crime is not an independent variable but a social problem an humanitarian problem which effect to the children, therefore right of the children required to be protected, protection of the children must be a legal consequence action, so that law insurance must e attepted for the activity of protection of children and prevention of abusement which can bring a bout negative impact in the activity of protection of children .
