Abstract

Modern society whichis copletely complex, as a product of technological progress mechanization, industrialization , urbanization raises many social problems. So the effort to adapt or adjust to a very complex modern society is not easy . Difficulty adapting causes a lot of indecision, confusion, anxiety and conflict. As a result, children develop patternsof behaviorand thendeviate from general norms by doing whatever they want for ther own benefitand personal interests, then disturbing and harmingother parties , then intentionally or unintentionallymakechildren doactionsthat are detrimental to themselves and the community around them. Especially in the jurisdiction of the Tampan Police, number of crime committed by children is very concerning, especially in 2021 , themost prominent types of crime are theft , the seizur of motorbikes by teenagers, these crime are very disturbing to the community , so it is necessary to find a comprehensive solution comprehensive
