Abstract

Substance regarding the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Sumber Jaya Village Development Plan Meeting, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of Village Development Planning Consultations in Sumber Jaya Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. This research method is qualitative research. There were 14 people who were used as informants in this study. After conducting research and in-depth interviews, the conclusions from the research regarding the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Sumber Jaya Village Development Plan Meeting, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency. That is, it is not implemented properly, that is, there are still inhibiting factors such as, in the implementation of development planning through musrenbang it is still not on time or not according to the set schedule, The unavailability of development data that is arranged systematically and accurately creates obstacles in comprehensive development planning and sustainable, Not yet optimal implementation of monitoring and evaluation of development programs linked to planning documents, Not optimal role of the community in the development planning process, Lack of public understanding of the musrembang planning, Lack of role of community leaders and women leaders in the musrembang event .
