Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how consumer satisfaction is with the quality of service at Café Waroeng Fake. The population in this study are all consumers who have used services more than once at Café Waroeng Fake. The sampling technique in this study used a technique, namely purposive sampling with special and certain considerations. The data collection technique in this study was to use a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service on customer satisfaction at Café Waroeng Fake is very good.
