Abstract
This study aims to produce audio-visual learning media with the help of powtoon in the fourth grade of elementary school. This research method uses the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This research was carried out in 3 stages, namely the analysis, design, and development stages. The data sources in this study involved 6 validators consisting of: 2 material validators, 2 media validators, and 2 language validators. The data collection used in this study is an expert validation questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics using a Likert scale. data collection instrument used in the form of a questionnaire given to material experts, design experts, and linguists to meet the needs. The conclusion of this study is that the results of the validity of this powtoon-assisted audio-visual media were validated by material experts, design experts, and linguists to determine the feasibility and maximum of the powtoon-assisted audio-visual media developed, and this powtoon-assisted audio visual media has reached the level of validity, which is very valid. The results of material expert validation obtained a percentage of 95% with a very valid category, media experts got 94% results in a very valid category, and linguists got 93% results in a very valid category.
