Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Service Performance of the Jaya Bhakti Village Government, Enok Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency and to determine the inhibiting factors in the Jaya Bhakti Village Government Service Performance, Enok Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis research method with a qualitative approach using the type descriptive survey research with interviews, observations and documentation as a tool to collect data. Government service performance using indicators of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability Dwiyano (2022: 48-49). The results of this study indicate that productivity indicators regarding employee performance in improving services are already in accordance with productivity indicators, for service quality has met the standards set. For indicators of responsiveness in providing fast and accurate service, it is quite good, but the timeliness of working hours is not maximized. For indicators of accountability regarding the accountability of village government performance in providing services, it is in accordance with applicable regulations, however, regarding the clarity of service procedures, it is not optimal and for accountability indicators regarding the suitability of service delivery, the clarity and information regarding the service process is quite good.
