Abstract
The purpose of this research is the Government of Teluk Batil Village, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method based on data sources and the results of interviews with informants and documents from the research object. The results of this study indicate that the accountability of village government financial management at the planning and administrative stages is still difficult to understand. The timeliness of the agreement on draft village regulations and late month-end bookkeeping still needs to be improved. The transparency stage still needs to be improved in terms of the openness of recording income and expenses as well as information on the bulletin board regarding budget implementation and reporting of income from village expenditures.
