Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of beef rumen bokashi added with different doses of chicken manure on the abundance of Chlorella sp. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with 5 treatments and 3 replications, namely treatment P0 = control (2 grams of beef rumen bokashi without the addition of chicken manure), P1 = 2 grams of beef rumen bokashi + 2.5 grams of chicken manure/ L of water, P2 = 2 g of beef rumen bokashi + 3.0 g of chicken manure/L of water, P3 = 2 g of beef rumen bokashi + 3.5 g of chicken manure/L of water and P4 = 2 g of beef rumen bokashi + 4.0 g chicken manure/L water. The results showed the abundance of Chlorella sp. The highest was obtained in the P3 treatment of 4,561,111 cells/mL, with a peak on the 10th day and the lowest in the P0 treatment of 2,855,556 cells/mL, with a peak on the 6th day, The highest specific growth rate was in the P0 treatment of 0.196 cells/day and the lowest was in the P3 and P4 treatments of 0.121 cells/day. The highest biomass in the P3 treatment was 0.42 g/L and the lowest was 0.26 g/L in the P0 treatment. Water quality is obtained with temperatures ranging from 26-27oC, pH 6.40-8.45, nitrate content ranging from 0.1063-0.2833 mg/L, phosphate 2.0243-2.8650 mg/L, DO 3.3-5.1 mg/L, Fe 0.021-0.968 mg/L and Mn < 0.010 mg/L.
