Abstract
This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, which aims to determine the application of health protocols to administrative services in the Duri Barat sub-district, Mandau sub-district. The location of this research was conducted in the village of West Durian, District Mandau. Research informants are people who are in the research setting to obtain information in this study. The types of data and data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques, qualitative data analysis activities are carried out interactively and take place continuously, namely data reduction: choosing the main things, presenting data: this is to make it easier to understand what happened, drawing conclusions / verification: to answer formulation of the problem formulated since the beginning of the study. The discussion in this study is how the Duri Barat Village, Mandau Subdistrict, carries out administrative services to the community during the pandemic to implement health protocols and how the Duri Barat Village, Mandau Subdistrict controls the distance from the crowd in carrying out their duties as administrative services. From the research carried out, the results obtained show that overall the application of discipline and law enforcement prokes in public services has not implemented/implemented according to the rules seen from the absence of affirmation for those who do not carry out health protocols such as not regarding masks and not regulating social distancing during services administration.
