Abstract

Lazada PayLater electronic money loans are one of the activities accounts receivable used by Lazada users from various circles including Muslims in it. Accounts payable in Lazada PayLater can only be used to pay for user purchases on the Lazada application itself. Lazada PayLater is a payment method on the Lazada app whose implementation is like a Qard contract in fiqh muamalah. Implementation According to fiqh muamalah, Lazada PayLater is okay if there are no additional elements with a period of time, this means that there is only a 1x installment tenor option and you have to Pay on time to avoid interest. On Lazada payment technicalities PayLater has been set up when you first enter this application, so the user this feature agrees and understands the rules in this application. The main problem of this research is how to use it Paylater Payment System in Online Buying and Selling at Lazada? and How is the Paylater Payment System in Buying and Selling Online at Lazada Judging From Islamic Law The research method used in this research is by using empirical legal research with data collection techniques namely by observation interviews. Judging from the nature of this research including descriptive research, namely research that provides a detailed description and clear about the main problem of research. The result of the discussion of this study is the use of the system Paylater payments in buying and selling online at Lazada in Pekanbaru can be made with the option of 1 month repayment with 0%, 2x installments in 2 months, or 3x installments in 3 months. With the legal basis of Lazada paylater namely Article 1243 Civil Code, Article 21 paragraph (2) letter a and paragraph (4) of the ITE Law, and Article 6 letters a and b of the Consumer Law, as well as electronic agreements that has been agreed between Lazada and consumers using the application, then the legal consequences that can be requested due to late payment Lazada paylater, namely interest of 2.95% and a penalty fee of 5% of the total bill Lazada loan pays later and compensation costs if caused these defaults, Lazada did not suffer any losses more to the threat of police reports, the spread of personal data, pollution good name.
