Abstract

Construction projects have standards in carrying out their development, starting from preparatory work to the end of the work phase. In planning a site plan for preparatory work, it is necessary to carefully calculate the procurement of temporary facilities needed to support construction work both in terms of the availability and feasibility of the temporary facility. If the temporary facility is not in accordance with the standard, it can affect the productivity of the construction project. Therefore, it is necessary to study temporary facilities based on standards set by the government or related company policies. This study aims to provide an overview of the temporary facility and percentage standards on the application and feasibility of temporary facilities in the Ayoma Apartment project carried out by PT. PP Persero Tbk. The method used in this study is observation and questionnaire. Observation method is carried out to determine the fulfillment of temporary facility standards on the project. In this way a percentage is obtained from the application of temporary facility variables in the field, according to standards or even not meeting standards. Meanwhile, the questionnaire was used in the assessment of the level of satisfaction with the feasibility of the temporary facility realized in the field. Thus the percentage of satisfaction with the temporary facility will be obtained. The results of the study were 24 temporary facility variables obtained based on elaboration of regulations, then developed into 67 standard indicators which were the basis of observation. From the results of these observations 55 standard indicators for temporary facility were met and 12 other indicators did not meet the standards. This means that the percentage of the temporary facility standard application in the Ayoma Apartment project was 82.09% and 17.91% did not meet the set standards. Then from the level of satisfaction with the feasibility of the temporary facility on the Ayoma Apartment project, the results of questionnaire analysis showed that the average percentage of satisfaction with feasibility reached 81.58%, which meant satisfaction with the feasibility of the temporary facility in the satisfied category.
