Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how transparency and accountability are implemented in managing village finances in Suka Maju Village, Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency based on Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of this study are that at the transparency stage of Suka Maju Village, Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency, it has not submitted budget activity executors and the team carrying out the activities, and the address of the complaint, Suka Maju Village only submitted the APBDesa Budget and its Realization using a billboard posted in front of the office. Then at the accountability stage, the chief of staff and the chief of implementing budget activities were late in submitting the final report on the realization of activities and budget implementation to the village head and there were reports that were not submitted by the village head to the Regent/Mayor such as sectoral programs, regional programs and other programs that entered into village.
