Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance analysis carried out by public works and spatial planning services through the implementation of the spatial planning section for the maintenance of city parks in the city. Assessment indicators used include input (input), process (process), output (output), results (outcome), benefits (benefits), impact (impact). The research method used is quantitative method, this research can be categorized as descriptive research that is prioritizing the questionnaire list as a tool for collecting data and and the data collected with this tool is then used as the main raw material for analyzing empirical conditions of objectivity in the existence of research objectives at meticulous locations. The location of this research is in public works and spatial planning in the downstream regency and Bagansiapiapi city parks, downstream regency with population groups and samples in this study, namely 1 head of service, 1 person in head of spatial planning, head of structuring implementation section room 1 person, spatial section implementation staff numbered 18 people and visitors to the city park numbered 20 people. The sampling technique for heads of agencies, heads of spatial planning, head of the section on spatial planning by census, while the staff of the section on spatial planning and visitors to the city of Bagansiapiapi is by random sampling. The types and data collection techniques used consist of primary data collected by questionnaire techniques, interviews and observations as well as secondary data collected through documents, books, and documentation that is documentation. While the data analysis technique used is to use the frequency table tool. Based on this data analysis technique the researcher assesses and concludes that the analysis of the performance of public works department staff and spatial planning of the downstream rokan regency is at an intermediate (good enough) assessment interval that needs to be considered especially with regard to the analysis of employee performance that needs to be optimized comfortable to the community as visitors to the city of Bagansiapiapi as a place of recreation
