Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Social Welfare Activity Coordinator (K3S) program by the Social and Village Empowerment Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency and to find out the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Social Welfare Activity Coordinator (K3S) program by the Kuantan Singingi Regency Village and Community Empowerment Social Service. Type of qualitative research. The data comes from the results of interviews and observations. The informants in this study consisted of the Head of the Social and Village Empowerment Service of Kuantan Singingi Regency, the General Chair of the K3S Program in Kuantan Singingi Regency, the Head of the Information, Coordination and Service Section and the Poor. Based on research conducted on the Implementation of the Program for the Coordinator of Social Welfare Activities (K3S) by the Department of Social and Village Empowerment, Kuantan Singingi Regency, it is quite good, this can be seen from the use of social media that is quite active, but in terms of resources it is necessary to increase the number of resources and Support, support from the disposition side, the instructions given in the existing rules and SOPs, are adequate, because they are not in accordance with the supervision of the people who receive assistance. While the inhibiting factors are the Facilities and Infrastructure and Resources of the Implementation Team.
