Abstract

This research was motivated by the growing of the development of tour and travel services in Indonesia, especially in Pekanbaru, one of them is PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel. This tour & travel is one of a pilgrimage and Umrah travel service bureau which has been established since 2001 until 2018 that has served 12,902 worshipers. By seeing the increasing number of pilgrims at PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel from year to year, thus the writer was interested to conduct the reseach entitled The Factors that Influence of the Consumer's Decision to be Umroh's Pilgrims at PT. Silver Silk tour & Travel Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problems in this research were “what factors were inluence the decisions to be umroh’s pilgrims and what was the most dominant factor that influence it at PT Silver Silk Tour & Travel. The aims of this reseach were to find out the factors that influence of the Consumer’s Decision to be Umroh’s Pilgrims and what was the most dominant factors that inflence it at PT Silver Silk Tour & Travel. The subject of this reseach were umroh’s pilgrims who has joined at PT Silver Silk Tour & Travel. While the object of this reseach were the factors that influence of decision to be umroh’s pilgrims at PT Silver Silk Tour & Travel. The source of data were consisted of primary and seondary data. In taking the sample was used the Slovin' formula and collecting the data was used questionnaire. This was field reseach with qualitative and quatitative methods. The data was analyzed by using multiple regression from SPSS for windows 23.0 version. The total sample of this reseach were 97 people. The result of this reseach shown there were six factors influenced the decision to be umrah's pilgrims at PT. Silver Silk Tour and Travel; Cultural factor was -3.188, social factor was 1.093, personal factor was 1.796, psycological factor was 3.030, marketing mix factors was 3,315, and entity excellence factor was 3,739, and the most dominant factor that affected the decision of the congregation to join at PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel was an entity excellence factor was 3,739.
