Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. Population in this study as many as 144 empoyees. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling where a portion of the population wa sampled as many as 59 employees. Types and sources of data are primary and seondary data, while the data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 22. The result of this study indicate that training and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru.
