Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational factors and nonorganizational factors on employee organizational commitment at the Labersa Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru Hotel. This research was conducted at the Labersa Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru Hotel in early 2018. The population in this study were employees of the Labersa Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru in the Food & Beverage Product Service section. While the sampling technique used Probability Sampling technique and obtained a sample of 40 respondents. For data analysis methods using multiple linear regression analysis methods The results showed that the Oganisasional Factor and Non-Oganization Factors had a positive and significant effect on employee Organizational Commitments at the Labersa Hutahaean Group Pekanbaru Hotel
