Abstract

This study aims to find out which factors affect the Stock Price of an agricultural company registered at the Exchange Indonesia Securities 2014-2017 period. Variables used include: Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) as an independent variable and Stock Price as a Dependent variable. The population in this study is a registered agricultural company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2017 period, totaling 21 companies. Samples taken using Purposive sampling techniques and obtained 9 Agriculture company. This research tool uses Linear Regression analysis Multiple. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) significant effect on stock prices. partially Earning Variables Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Price to Book Value (PBV), does not have a significant effect on Share Prices. Variable Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) can explain the share price of 0.57 or 57.0% while 43.0% explained by other variables not examined in this study.
