Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Accounting Application carried out by Paluh Village in Mempura Subdistrict, Siak Regency was in accordance with General Acceptable Accounting. In this study the authors found several problems, namely Paluh Village did not record the Journal of Adjustment of employee salaries and consumables. Another problem that exists in Paluh Village is in presenting the Village Property Report where fixed asset accounts that have a useful life of more than one year do not count the accumulated depreciation. In this study the authors used a descriptive method by comparing between existing practices and theories, information collection techniques in this study using interview techniques, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that the Accounting Application in Paluh Village, Mempura District, Siak District is not yet in accordance with General Acceptable Accounting.
