Abstract
The background of the problem in this study is the resukts ofobservations on Hanasta Fc players and the results indicate that the physical condition of the players is not good.The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical condition of football players hanasta fc, Bangko District, Rokan HilirRegency.This type of research is descriptive research.The population in this study were all 16 football players from Hanasta Fc, Bangko District Rokan Hilir Regency.The sampling technique uses total sampling, thus the number off samples is 16 people.The sampling technique uses total sampling.The instrument used was a physical condition test consisting of 5 tes items, namely leg dynamometer, 50 meter run, 6x10 m shuttle run, flexsometer, 15 minute run.The conclusion of this study is that the physical condition level of Hanasra Fc players in Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency is categorized as poor with an average score of 4, 8.
