Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the recruitment and selection process at PT. Pioneers in Dumai City. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used Census Sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the total population. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the recruitment and selection process at PT. The pioneers in Dumai City are already going well.
