Abstract

�This thesis explained about teacher in online and offline learning process at kindergarten Mutiara Hati Sungai Petai village Kampar Kiri Hilir Sub District. It was related to teacher’s role in online learning process at kindergarten Mutiara Hati Sungai Petai village Kampar Kiri Hilir Sub District, and about teacher’s role in offline learning process at kindergarten Mutiara Hati Sungai Petai village Kampar Kiri Hilir Sub District. The purpose in this research examined to know to teacher’s role in online and offline learning process at kindergarten Mutiara Hati Sungai Petai village Kampar Kiri Hilir Sub District. The method used qualitative method. Data collection technique used interview, observation and documentation. The subject in this research was called main informant in 5 persons, 4 persons was teacher at kindergarten Mutiara Hati, and 1 person was headmaster at kindergarten Mutiara Hati. The location of this research was kindergarten Mutiara Hati Sungai Petai Village Kampar Kiri Hilir Sub District. This research finding showed that kindergarten Mutiara Hati Sungai Petai Village Kampar Kiri Hilir Sub District from three indicators that was used, there were two indicators could not effective yet or run as well that wanted such as initiator, teacher argued that online learning was more flexible and easy because the simple and short material factors. It different with online learning that more effective and the material easy to be presented. Second, the facilitator, where the facility in indoor or outdoor was lack such as chair and table should be repair in order to make students could learn well. The obstacles in online learning; having laptop and smart phone, internet quota, and internet available, and it was impacted to students’ interest and motivation in following online learning.
