Abstract

The problem that then arises is that this relatively new regulation has not been fully understood by local implementers, especially the village government. The problems discussed in this research are: 1. Implementation of Supervision of the Indragiri Hilir Regency Inspectorate on the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in the Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2018 and 2019. 2. Effectiveness of the Implementation of Inspectorate Supervision on Village Revenue and Expenditure Budgets in Kempas sub-district, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This study uses an empirical approach. The location of this research is the villages in Kempas District. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with Village Heads in Kempas Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Assistant Inspector of the Inspectorate Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Village Consultative Body, Head of Sub-Division and Head of Sub-District Head of Community and Village Empowerment Service of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Camat and Head of Sub-District Head Office Kempas, Village Program Facilitator, Head of Non-Governmental Organization.. Data analysis was carried out using an inductive descriptive method. Descriptive analysis by describing in as much detail as possible about the village fund program so that real, factual and accurate conclusions are obtained. Inductive analysis was used to collect data from interviews with respondents.
